HELP!! plant is becoming ill

So i have this little plant about a foot and a half tall .. then the hours started to change and i dont want it to flower yet so i threw her inside under a 40 watt fluorescent light and 2 150 watt lights that tend to give off alot of heat so immediatley i thought the lights are too hot so i used other lights then her leaves started to droop and fan leaves started turning yellow and could not stay up so i cut them then all the leaves and some branches started to droop and this odd coloring happened to the leaves and i remember reading about some kind of deficiency so i started to look shit up but found nothin so i put her outside and then overnight everything is better but what is wrong, is it the lights? or does she just not like the inside? any help is appreciated

i thought that might have been the problem so i moved the light up about 5 feet above the plant and didn't change anything

Didn't change anything how? The affected leaves won't heal. You're just looking to confirm the issues aren't spreading.
