HELP! Plants drooping and turning yellow

Hey,

My plants started drooping and turning yellow. what is wrong? is it pH problem or underwatering/overwatering? How much water would these need? They're approx 1 meter tall inside 20-25 liters pot, I give them around 3 liters basically every day. is that enough/too much?

also, I believe I have a little too small pot for them, can this cause that problem?

PS don't mind those brown spots they are cinnamon traces I used to fight bugs.

Are you getting any run off when watering (water escaping from drainage holes?). If not then water could be collecting in the soil , can cause root rot.

I let my outdoor girls dry right out, til the pot feels light, then water til I see run off, then leave them for at least 4-5 days til I repeat .

hey pal, thanks for replying. I actually have a pretty bad growing container and you might be right about root rotting... I think water hardly runs off. I just checked it even though surface of soil seems dry but as I put my fingers deeper into soil I feel some strange warm soil... I just poked some more holes on the bottom of container also shaked it firmly and made some deep narrow holes inside soil itself. what else can I do to rescue them?
