i planted 10 new seedlings today but i made a mistake by not watching the weather. recently the weather has been great here and perfect for seedlings. they are planted directly in the ground with miracle grow soil in the hole and we are supposed to get major rain and everytime it rains hard like that it floods the woods. the new plants, which are only about an inch, will definatly be under water. could i possibley get like a clear plastic cup and put it over the plant and push it into the ground and have a weight hold it down to keep my plants from drowning? like they are in a air bubble under water haha. would this work? any other suggestions are appreciated, if there are any.:-?.......:joint:
