I am a new grower and I have two questions that I really asked you to give answer.I 'm using grow box whose dimensions are 192x192x192cm perfect closed.I' m planing between 30-50 plants on the surface with 2 HPS lamps from 600w and two fan. Also, I'm using aeroponic system with a sprayer. My questions are:
1. fans have to work constantly all during 18-24 h light period, or in a certain interval, several times a day?
2.sprayers have to work constantly during the light period or several times a day?
I've reviewed tons of films and read lots of books but the answers to my questions not mentioned anywhere.
Much to me if you gave me the answers, because they are two things that really worry me.

I use bubblers and have them on 24/7. I guess if you had some type of air flow you could run 24/7. I think I've read 15/15 with sprayers that allows the roots time to dry a bit in between waterings

If your running two 600w or even one. I would set them up with cool tubes to help with heat. and even with cool tubes you'll need a good venting system.

I have two exhaust fans and 3 small home fans and I think that is quite enough for that surface.but, I still do not know what to do with the sprayers? how many times a day and for how long??
some instructions?​

i spray for either 15on/30off and 15/45....night time i go 15/60 without any adverse effects, although from grower to grower these times vary

hmm.
I am doing my first grow now, but very similar to yours... You can see my grow somewhere in this forum...

I am not close to giving you advices but my system is running:

1. SPRAYERS:
My sprayers are running 15on/45off, but lower parts of my roots are contantly in water. It helped several times when I forgot to switch the water pump back on after adding nutes and balancing pH.
I strongly recommend to get a cheap air pump + aquarium air stone and place it in your res. Mine is running 24h a day.

2. FANS:
A small fan that is blowing fresh air into my tent is running 24h a day.
Another fan, that is located much lower, near to the plants, and facing their top leaves is connected to the water pump's timer. That means it is running 15on/45 off. It helps me keep humidity at around 50%

3. TEMPERATURE
I believe this could be an issue while using 2 600w lamps...
You should consider using cooltubes and a strong exhaust fan.
Think in advance of a best heat isolation that would go on top of your system - a plastic cover that you can find in most aero systems is just not enough. Your water can easily overgo 23C and this is when your roots start to suffer.
I have bought a cheap heat reflector for radiators.
