I was told this was probably thrips, since then I been spraying it heavily, but it's got even worse. Is this a deficiency or what?

Using a soil that is used for tomatoes, don't know exactly what but it holds water TOO well. This means I water about every 10 days in 1 gal pot.
It's in veg now, week 6, but with limited sunlight every day it looks like week 3 to other people's grows, if that makes sense.
What size tent?No I do not.

4x4, no fans at all. No extractionWhat size tent?
Any type of fans in the tent?
Yeah I noticed that, that's exactly what It looks like! I have no idea what could have caused that.I asked because the one pic the leaf has what looks like puncture holes.. like it was chewed on for a second..
I dunno what a water softener is? If its to do with ph, I thought you didn't have to ph when using soil?Do you use a water softener? This looks almost like what I am dealing with. I am using Cal/Mag Plus to deal with it.
A water softener reduces hardness in water, usually by removing Calcium And Magnesium ions.I dunno what a water softener is? If its to do with ph, I thought you didn't have to ph when using soil?
You need a fan(s) for a breeze inside the tent and something to extract the air from in the tent.4x4, no fans at all. No extraction
