Help! Pt. 2

What do you guys think this is?
I was told this was probably thrips, since then I been spraying it heavily, but it's got even worse. Is this a deficiency or what?

Okay thanks. I am growing indoors, using sunlight through window, but easing into 400w hps in tent (gets very hot so keep it minimal.
Using a soil that is used for tomatoes, don't know exactly what but it holds water TOO well. This means I water about every 10 days in 1 gal pot.
It's in veg now, week 6, but with limited sunlight every day it looks like week 3 to other people's grows, if that makes sense.

Haven't fed anything at all. Soil said its good for 8 weeks but I guess less, roots are just coming through the bottom

What size tent?
Any type of fans in the tent?
 
Do you use a water softener? This looks almost like what I am dealing with. I am using Cal/Mag Plus to deal with it.
 
Your plants look good despite a couple of spots and what looks to be a few bite holes.. check under the leaves daily looking for bugs or what looks like salt and pepper moving around.. lol..
Other then that just let the plant do it thing..
What you have isnt anything that i would get to stressing on just yet.. if problems keep coming up or worsen. Then check back in.. for bugs there is alot of safe insecticide sprays you can use..
