Help!! Root bugs!!

i found these little bugs when i changed my resivoir. when i first checked the roots there were only a few (4 or 5) but then after changing replacing the water and adding fresh nutes i came to search for anything i could find on these critters. well after a few min of searching i went back and took this picture..... waaaay more bugs!!

what do i do?!?

I'd hit it with gro teck super oxy that shit is the bomb for everything and! it kills about everything it also cleans your tank a bit.
