Help shoots unopened, npt growing

Hello people I have a problem with my plants any help would be greatly appreciated

I have 2 cherry bomb plants started off as clones they are about 16 inches tall and are very bushy.
Just recently i had a spider mite infestation and had to use SMC leaf wash to get rid of them. This stuff worked very well and got rid of them after 1 spraying. I had the plants in flowering for about a week but put them back into vegging in order to start some white and lemon skunk.
The cherrys have been in vegging for about 2 weeks now and the shoots have remained unopened.
I have been flushing them for about 4 days now incase it is a salt build up but there has been no improvement.
They are very good looking plants and I don't know whats wrong with them.

You went to flower a week and then switched back and it's been two weeks? You shocked the hell out of the plant and it's very confused. With enough time it should reveg, but you may see strange growth for a month or more.
