Help! Some sort of deficiency?

2nd grow

1st one went perfect almost this one is starting to look abit lighter in colour

it it bigger than my last so thinking just lacking nutes

its on

biobizz grow 1ml per L
Biobizz bloom 3ml per L
Biobizz top max 1ml per L
Biobizz cal mag 0.3ml per L

4 Litres at time of watering

thinking maybe to just ramp the bloom up to 4ml per L ?
