Help Starting out door's

Hello, i'm looking for some info on some of the best ways to grow out doors. I wanted to know if starting indoors an then transplanting it to outdoors is the way to go. I also wanted to know on people opinions with soil. What is some of the best soil to use while growing outdoors if the soil in the area isn't that great.

Start them inside for at least 30 days.. I love premier pro-mix.. these soils tend to dry out quickly so water often.

what is one of the best ways to transplant the weed? after the 30 days?
