HELP using flood and drain multi pots DO I WATER WHEN LIGHTS OFF?????

USING 20 POT multi pod system put my girels in 1 week ago , 10 seem fine other ten look like getting to much water,also theey water when lights of is that ok or shall i turn them off? any help will do ......also will this now prelong flowering period ?

plants can only uptake water while the light is on but that doesnt mean you should let them go dry all night this could hert the roots ................ so what you should do is only do one flood half way through the night cycle because you lights not on you meduim will stay wet for a while .......... do you have an air stone in you res ?????

yes got one but i am using flood and drain pots been leaving it on at night ,they dont look to hot at mo ,turned water off last 2 days looking better now,my pots have a little resevoure of water that is always there at bottom of outer pot,thank you friend you help me a lot. might put it in anyway.

I have never flooded in the dark periods, and never had any water related issues.
