help! Week 6 flower, droopy plants

Hello, I started week 6 of flower and my plants started drooping severely. I am using supernatural nutrients and just switched from their aqua bloom to their super boost and bud blaster. I had dropped their PPMS from 1200ish the previous week to 900ish. It has also gotten really cold here but the res is around 69 degrees. 1 of 8 plants has recovered, which happens to be a different strain than the other 7. Any idea what could have gone wrong? Should I bring the ppms back up to the 1200 range? I have about 2 weeks left of flowering. Thanks!

edit: one more thing. I tested the ppms of the water from last week before i changed it out and it was almost 2000ppms! Does that mean they are drinking the water faster than they can use the nutes? Could this also have attributed to their droopiness?

Hmmm, DWC and week 6 severe droop...

Sounds like possible root-rot to me?

Hows the roots, the water temps, and the ph?

Low ph is a strong indication for rot, and high water temps in DWC makes it an almost certain occurence.

Saw that your temps seems ok now...

Yeah, shocking them with abrupt nute-strength fluctuation is no good, read up on osmotic pressure and understand why you want changes in both strengths and regimens to occur gradually and spread over days.

I'm using Supernatural too and have not had that problem switching from Bloom Aqua to Superboost and Bud Blaster. Though I didn't reduce my ppm's by that big of a difference. I did have the same problem but in a different scenario. I was in the 2nd week of flower and I upped the nutes of my White Russian and leaves started to droop pretty bad. This was my first time growing this strain and I knew White Russian doesn't like high ppm's so I already knew what was going on. I diluted the nutes and all the leaves perked back up. If your ppm's are that high at 2000 then yes your plant is only drinking the water. As the ppm's go up the water gets toxic and the plant won't drink. This may be why your leaves are drooping. Lower your ppm's so it's balanced to how your plant feeds. You should also be keeping your res topped off.

Had this problem with one of my ladies. I was convinced it
Was root problems. She can fully recover! Just up the water
Top offs. it does sound like the problem.
Ridahs is right, no more nutes, only ph'd water till the ppms
Start to lower naturally.

Alright, I had to do my res change today, so I used super leech then gave them fresh RO water and nutes @ 1180 ppms. Before this incident, I was doing my nutes at around 1150-1200 ppms. I wasn't topping off my res. When I switched to the bud blaster/super boost, I followed directions but went 3/4 strength. My PPMS then were at around 900 (which was last week). I did notice the difference in ppms from what i normally put it at, but didn't think it would make that big of a difference. HA! Well...I put it back to my normal ppms for this week, which according to the supernatural feeding chart, is at full strength. I will keep track of ppms everyday and top off as needed. Hopefully this will turn them around. Thanks for the the advice everyone. I will let you know how they do.

pwizzle, how long did it take for them to recover?

On a side note, I took some sample buds from it and decarboxylized them in the oven...they are super potent! :)
