Help what is this yellowing

Top new sugar leaves on only 2 of 20 plants are yellowing and it almost looks like bleaching start of week 4 of 12/12 any advice? The lower fans are a little n toxic so im giving plain water. Lights are approx 2 feet from tops. Affected tops are lower than 2 feet others are just fine.

There aren't any areas without air circulation so no hot spots or bleaching should be happening
