Haha thank you if it was spider mites I was thinking wouldn't it be over the cotyledon ?

And do you know why my 2nd set of true leaves are looking a little dark I haven't fed any nutes only distilled water
I guess there are exceptions but usually not the small bulb trichs on cots. Mites lay their eggs on the bottom side of leaves by the way.
pretty sure that's normal too for many strains and goes away when the leaves grow and green up.

Ok thank you Bose I would love to hear others people opinions too but you agree too that it's not something serious I should worry about ?
It's 100% most definitely trichomes. Also mentioned in that thread. Not the same ones, no stalks, as most in flower but they are created from day 1 till harvest. It's not that special, some more obvious but if you look with a scope or use a good camera like the op they are usually there.

Well I can see them perfectly without a microscope and camera but I believe you that they are trichromes
Yes they are visible without scope already, just saying that they are often not on photos of seedlings taken with not so good cameras.
