Ok, so this is my first post to the forum as i have just now joined, and am urgently seeking help on growing and had seen that this forum had alot of professionals that seem friendly and knowledgeable.

I have become sick of buying skunk for many reasons such as money time etc, and have decided to grow it myself. However i have no expirience of doing so, and a very basic knowledge of what to do

I have been looking around seed websites and seed types and have found this to be the best and type i would like to grow

http://www.1stmarijuanagrowerspage.c...ds-strain.html

is this a good choice ?
and if not what would you suggest ?

I will be growing indoors in a cabbinet or something of that nature.
i have been looking at various different hydroponic websites and hydroponic kits also such as the pc planter which caught my eye, however after researching this i found it to be not as good as previously assumed

CAN anyone provide help ?

I think White Widow or Northrn Lights is a good hardy plant to start with. You might look at some Lowryders, if you have limited height space.

I find HYDRO Surperlative to soil growing, for sure.

I've seen tons of pics, and I have a few too, of a seed placed in HYDRO,
and a seed placed in Soil, at the same time. 4 weeks later, you got a plant 25 inches tall in Hydro, and 5 inches tall in soil.
If you go with HYDRO, there is DWC, Ebb and Flow, A drip Feeder, and A Bubbleponics feeder. I use the Bubbleponics system.
check these out, double click them to enlarge them:

Bubbleponics™ is the art of delivering highly oxygenated nutrient solution DIRECTLY to the inner root zone. The days of merely misting the outer roots with nutrient spray are over. Gone too are the days of over/under watering, over/under feeding; the Stealth Hydro bubbleponic system automatically maintains the ideal oxygen level of the nutrient solution so as to facilitate a healthy thriving root system.

Those light and clamp reflectors take up about 20 inches, of height. If the tank is 20 inches tall, and the plants gets 36 to 40 inches tall, that is 80 inches, or 7 feet of height space needed. I suggest a small closet if you have one. I just don;t see growing short plants in a cupboard.

The KIT, is a STARTER KIT. It will teach you. You will want to get two extra air stones from Walmart, ($8) and an additional DUAL Air Pump, about $9 to $12. As you learn, you will want more lights too. and you'll need a small fan.

Thats the same carbon filter kit i'm getting. You put the carbon filter in your grow space, the kit has an inline fan with it that fits on to the filter and draws air through it then blows the filtered odourless air through the ducting and out the grow room. fresh air is drawn into the grow space through small ventilation holes by the low pressure the fan creates inside the grow space. That kit has all you need.

thankyou :) i will be growing using the stealth bubble ponics kit in a cupoard
so here are a few more quuestions
do i place the carbon filter at the top of the cupoard?
do i need to make a whole in the cupoard for the filter ? ( as you can tell i really am new to this )
is it silent ?
will i need to cover my cupoard in reflective material ?

You can put it at the top but there's not much point, people put it at the top because heat rises and they want to cool down there area a lot becuase of the hot lights they're using, but with those lights the temperature should be ok anyway. Yeah. you need a hole in the cupboard for the ducting to go through and a few small holes so that air can be drawn in. About the noise, I don't know, the fans are supposedly 37 decibels at 3 meters but i don't know what that is in real terms, I haven't got my filter yet so I can't tell you. But I heard that you can wrap it in bubble wrap or something to reduce the noise and if the ducting makes a noise you can get acoustic ducting to deaden the vibrations and whatever. You probably don't need to use reflective material because those lights have a reflector that looks like it would concentrate all the light in a small area.

Taste? TASTE!? WHAT?!! Yeah I heard that too, but to be quite honest who actually cares about a minute difference in taste? A lot of people pretend to be weed conniosuires and discuss the "bouqet" of the plant, but we have to admit our main objective is to get high. Hydro might slightly effect the taste but I think it is exaggerated by people who think only organic methods should be used (hippies).
