I cant upload pics at the moment but here is how my set-up is..I germinated using distilled water soaking my seeds until cracked and placed into those ready grow plugs. Im using 4ft t8 cool white bulbs 6in away from my plants, and the drip is on 3x day for 30 min each. temp is 75 deg and using botanicare nutes... some of my seedlings are falling over can it be from the plugs not forming around the stem?I put something there to support them upright but will they be ok?

When they are germinating they need constant moisture like from a humidity dome but when they pop out of the soil constant moisture will kill them. My guess is that it's too humid or moist so if they are in a dome or similar setup than remove them. Using a splint is fine.

They are not in the dome anymore i put them under the light right when they showed there first two leaves.. on the nute directions it states to use 5ml per gallon of water for seedlings.. So should i flush them and use only water?? And my timer only allows 30 minutes minimum. So how many times should i water?? Thanks guys

so they are in the grow cubes... and then in...? Water when whatever container gets light and dry... I wouldn't use nutes until about 4 weeks old... and even then start at 1/4 strength. Hope this helps...

introduce nutes slowly after first true leaves have formed, I learned the hard way and burnt the chit out a my first babies. had to scrap them and start over. Like you I followed the directions and it didnt work well. after 2-4 weeks introduce nutes @ 1/4 strength then up it afetr a few days to 1/2 strength. give nutes like you would harden off for a outdoor grow. Also you didnt specify ur ph level. very important because they can fool you into thinking you need more nutes but they are there just locked out. good luck bro.

now i may be very incorrect as I'm just a noob myself. but i would say start by checking ph run off and the guys are prolly right, mine usually droop with water issues ie: too little or too much

i have to agree with pipe dream an cowasaki they are both right either it is to humimid in there an not enough air movent also if your in rockwool cubes an your watering 3 times a day for 30 mins a time thats alot for sprouts you could be drowing/suffacating the roots you dont want the cube to be saturated if i was you i would have a gentle fan like a pc fan blowing across them an also try just 1 feeding for 30 mins a day about an hour or 2 after your lights come on sometimes when peeps see the sprout fall over they think they need more water or nutes which in turn create worse problems just try one watering a day if they look like there drying out manually swith on your pump just to wet the cubes 12 hours later your sprouts should be standing to attention also your lights are perfect for sprouts keep it simple peace

move the light closer.....they strech they flop......keep that fluro....3 inches away for now. But once they stand up.....keep that light right on top of them.....they grow short and strong that way......The seedling fires out of the ground and chases light...if it does'nt have to stretch too far....it can grow leaves and roots....noty lanky weak stems....good luck
happy gr'owing.
