Help with a DWC in a pc growbox

Hi guys, newbie alert!!

I've recently set up a this pc growcase as shown in the pic. I need to know now whatI need for the DWC. Will an ordinary tupperware box with the proper dimensions work or does it have to be blackened out with spray paint as i've heard and read somewhere? Basically i really need to help to get from this point in the pic to being ready for the seeds. Any help would be greatly appreciated
