Help with advanced nutrients using organic and non organic

I just bought bud candy nirvana piranha and 4L of iguana juice i wanted to ask anyone out there using advanced nutrients if its a bad idea using piranha nirvana and iguana in veg state and then use the hobbyist bundle in the flowering stage with sensi bloom as base nutrient would that kill beneficial bacteria and fungi. my local hydroponic shop didnt have the hobbyist bundle so i bought some of the organic line up im kind of regretting it any kind of help i would really appreciate it
