Help with Air Flow in Custom Grow Room

Hey guys; I'm new to growing and i'm about half way though building my very own grow room! So excited! However i have no idea what fans i should get, I'm tight on money and i was hoping i can cheap out on exhaust fans, but using the very best carbon filter, lights, ETC.

The Grow room is the following sizes.

Length - 167cm
Width - 110cm
Height - 220cm

What CFM/m3/h fan do i need? Will Ebay Ones do the job?
My Calculations where: 330m3/h and 200CFM

I was looking at getting this one:

Like everyone else, I want something that is effective for my grow area and quite! I'm hoping a 6" Fan will be effective enough for my grow area?

Exhaust has a lot to do with heat control.
How are you going cool the lights. You will need a lot of light for a big room. That will require a lot of cooling.
 
Thanks for the responses; @qballizhere the fan that i linked said its an inline fan what is the difference between that one you linked and my one? What fans do you have or recommend?

@jeepster1993 I'm running dual 600w LED's which have there own cooling fans, the fans that i'm after are purely to maintain a good temperature and bring fresh air in and old air out. The room is insulated and normal outside temperatures here i live vary between 22 degrees Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius.

Is there a cheap fan thread? I haven't been able to find one.

just so u know there are 2 types of rooms
exchange
sealed


with what u have the LEDs .......i would think of a sealed room would be better for u
alls u need for a sealed room is Co2 being added in .

Yes it is a inline fan but its main purpose is to boost the air flow in the duct over longer runs
The inline exhaust fans have more power and capable of a lot more air movement.
In my flower room it is sealed and I do not exhaust at all but I do have a 2 ton ac min split in the room
I do have a 10 inch inline exhaust fan hooked up to the carbon scrubber just scrubbing the air for smell. I run a sealed room non ac reflector.
You could seal the room and not worry about intake and exhaust but then you will need to add co2 maybe a small a/c in the summer and heater in the winter.

I am also halfway through with the grow tent and I'm also still stuck on my intake outtake system and wondering what to use. I have a 1200 W LED light will I even need an intake fan at all I live in a climate that only has maybe 50 to 60% humidity. And is there anyway someone could post a picture of a simple intake outtake system? I am growing indoors in an 8'x4' and 6.5' tall
 
I don't run anywhere near 1200 watts but can post a pic of my exhaust/filter fan.
Simple setup, fan and filter hooked together and blowing out a vent.
This cools a 3x3 320 watt led tent. The intake in a screened intake at the bottom of the tent.
