Help with buying seeds! $40 limit!!

Im trying to buy some seeds. I only have 40 Dollars on this card, so i cant go over, Its one of those prepaid credit cards. I was trying to buy from attitude but it kept declining the card. The card is valid because it did have 50 on it and i spent 9.54 or something like that. Well i also tried nirvana the total turned out to be $41.00. Which pissed me off, im a dollar short. Well does anybody know where i can get seeds with shipping and be less that $40?

If your in the united states its because those cards are only valid within the US. Says it right on the card, I had the same issue till i read the card lol

use the 420 code with attitude, mandala or pyramid seeds are priced pretty decently. then there is the hortilab special you might get more bank for the bukc. i mean if tude isnt taking ur card because its for domestic use only, then nirvana wont either....and you probably dont want to order beans from a bank that is housed within the US, that is really just not a bright idea.
