Hello friends,

I'm planning to grow within a small cabinet which i plan to buy and just convert it to a grow box

2.5 x 1.5 x 5.7 are it's dimensions

i'm planning to use a znet4 155w led grow lights for 2 plants. i'm only going to have 1 chamber for veg and flowering. (i don't plan to grow simultaneously, and only for personal use)

i need help with my ventilation. i've done a bit of research and i think i need a fan that would pull 21.375 CFM so i just plan to use a 120mm computer fan as an exhaust and probably add a carbon filter. i'm going to use passive intake and just light proof it (how big should they be and how many holes?)

Greetings and welcome to the game.

The average ratio of intake to exhaust is 3-4 times the diameter of the exhaust. I recommend starting with 2 x and see how the space reacts ( listen to the fan when you close the cabinet up), you can use multiple smaller diameter holes to accomplish this and make it easier to light proof it as well.

Exhaust high, intake low as far as location ( when possible) and having internal air circulation is just as important.

Peace and Great Grows
