help with grow room smell ??

Hi guys,
Im starting a small grow room in a tent 1.4mt * 2.4 mt * 2.4mt, 4" clean air in , 5" outlet , 1 * 600 watt 1 * 400 watt hps lamps hydrow system virgin can carbon .
Now to the question, i saw this on uk ebay item no . 300306566225 im venting to a small walkway at the rear of the garden not sure if this will help on the smells.

Go with a canfan or something, they are't cheap but I my grow is getting pretty gnarly smelling and nobody is noticing and I live in town.
