help with my 250's!!

Ok so I have 4 plants in a 4gal bubbleponics tub. I have 3 250 watt cfls about 16" above them. They're 3 weeks into the veg. Is that enough light and is it too far away?!

187.5w a plant.... I'd say you're Good

Depending on how hot the bulbs are. They can practically Touch the Bulbs... As long as it doesn't burn them.

Good rule of them, put your hand above the plants, if it's too hot for your hand. It's too hot for the plants
