Help with ordering seeds please!!!!!

OK so I want to order seed. I have no idea where to start or how it works.I live in the west coast usa and I don't have an idea on how the mail works or how to buy them I have no credit card sooo .. I need help can I use netspend and order from attitude seed bank do I have to sigh somthing when they drop it off? Or do they drop it off like regular mail.I want to be stealth no trace no credit card.I also don't want anyone knowing nor have to sign something again I'm new at ordering seeds I need help!!

attitude is a great place, i live in canada and have used them in the past.

use a gift credit card and make sure it is able to be used in the uk, sometimes requiring you to call them of go on the website. use a cyber cafe or payphone if you are that worried.

get their stealth shipping in a wallet or tshirt or whatever. it will arrive in a brown box.

have you looked into the actual process of growing? the requirements? lights, hydro/soil, fans, temps, nutrients, ph testing, smell/odour, how long have you wanted to grow? how much research have you done into it? can you keep it stealth from seed to stem?

it might not be worth your time unless you have thought all these out and planned accordingly.

I heard Attitude has been getting their packages snagged at customs. You can send cash money in the mail but it will take a long time, I think Nirvana accepts cash. You don't need to sign anything it'll come with the rest of your mail. It's not a huge package or anything. Prepaid credit cards usually don't work at overseas seed banks.
