help with planting germinated seeds

does anyone know which way to plant the seeds after the root comes out? ive heard plant it down sideways etc i need help thanks.

Plant with the tap root down.

yea if u dont do that your plant will grow upside down and u will have to turn it around which could send it into shock. and im speaking from experience, but my sprout was o.k

I think the seed knows how to turn itself around and seek out the light!!
