Help with root riot, what to do next

Hello all, what shall i do next with these root riot cubes iv got the seeds sprouted root downm in the cubes, iv got a x-stream propagator, if i put them in there till roots hang down out the cubes, but then what do i transfer to after to put into my nft system, i have some 7.5 litre air pots can i put them in these pots at an early age as they seem quite big iv got hydroton perlite and was thinking of getting some coco coir, iv got flora nutes will these work with coco coir, also the hydroton will fall threw the holes in the air pots how do i stop this,
