Hi guys. I have done a lot of searching, but can’t find an exact answer, so I thought I’d post here.
I have 4 17gallon and 2 27 gallon totes with which to make a 4 site rdwc system. The 17s are for 2 to 4 plants at a time. The extra 27 gallon tote will be for res changes if needed. I would like to have the res outside of the tent and to also be set up to scrog in the future. I’ve read about both air pumps and waterfalls and am curious about which is best also.
Ideally, I would do two plants the first grow and expand to 4 as I become more experienced. Would it be possible to build a 2 plant system that could be expanded to 4? Or perhaps build a 4 plant system in which only 2 plants could be grown initially? Or will I just have to choose between the two?
Has anyone made a setup like this with these size containers? Do you have any diagrams, tutorials, design info, supply list with sizing for parts, etc you wouldn’t mind sharing?
I want to set this up to work as perfectly as possible so I want to do everything properly. Many thanks.
