What does this look like?
I've had fungus gnats... beat them fabric pots and bottom water

I've had thrips... beat them with insecticidal soap

Noticed this all over on all fan leaves (old and new) on both 3.5 month old plants in the last couple days. I've not changed anything. I feed with 24-8-16 plant food half strength bi-weekly and tap water when they ask, about every 3 days. I'm in 5 gal fabric pots in moisture control potting soil. Air flow is good, RH is 30-40%. Light is MarsHydro TSW1000, but 3 ft from canopy @ 100% (158 watts from wall) as I'm lighting more than just these 2 mothers. I have clones and pepper plants, they are not affected.

I thought it might still be thrips, but not seeing any, and checked for bugs, again not seeing any.

Could this be caused by cold roots? I have a window cracked in the room for fresh air, and it's only 5C outside, my room stays at 20C, although it might get colder on the floor and the plants are sitting on aluminum trays.

Spent the last 2 days researching and think I've concluded its phosphorus deficiency, which I think was caused by cold roots.

At any rate, it has affected every fan leave, even new growth in last couple days, and it's both mothers the same exactly, and they are both completely different plants.... King Tut, Sativa dominate and Ace #1 of 6 pack mystery, indica dominate.

I'm using my heating mat to keep it at 19C on the floor, and fed with half strength 15-30-15 as recommendedin majority of methods to correct 'P' deficiency. Room RH is 40% ish.

Time will tell.

Also defoilating all the damaged fans I noticed some Thrips again.... fucking Hell this is becoming annoying
