My boyfriend dropped our little plant and now it’s starting to shrivel up what do I do?

What kinda dirt is that?

Might try putting some sort of Dom over it while the roots repair themselves

Is that a clone?
Or from seed?

Has it been acclimatized to the outdoors?

Some kind of plant soil that he uses what would you prefer?

Start a new one, and maybe as someone suggested cover it with plastic to get humidity up

OK we have grow lights on them but today for some reason he decided to put them outside is that bad?

It’s just a C and it grew up from a seed from the outdoors about I two weeks ago we bought grow lights and it has been inside but today he decided to put it outside

I'd get a good organic potting soil. Whatever's local. But the soil might be fine, it just looks kinda funny to me.

And just give the plant a couple days and see if it recovers. I wouldn't do anything to it, but maybe give it a little water to help the roots settle back in.

Okay thank you this is our other plant we started her off outside. And about two weeks ago bought a grow light, is it a bad idea that he put it outside after using the grow light?

Make sure you acclimate it to the Sun. The Sun is more intense than a grow light.

So throwing it back-and-forth from the sun and the grow light is not a good idea?

Put small one in shade not in direct sunlight for awhile til it gets use to being outside...then slowly introduce more sunlight once it bounces back again....then give it a little more sunlight every day.

You can, as long as it's adjusted to being in the Sun for that part of the day. I'd be more worried about bringing in bugs from outside into my indoor grow.
