Help!

I have been growing for 20 years and I would love to know how some of you guys know when harvest time is 2 weeks in advance to start flushing? If it's not a clone you have rany many times then please elaborate. Also I would love to understand why people still starve the plants for the last weeks
You've been growing for 20 years and can't tell when a plant is about 2 weeks from harvest?

Let's get back to the task at hand. This all started 4 days ago with a few spots on a few fan leaves. Each day there's more spots and more leaves, including some sugar leaves now. I am harvesting this week, I'm assuming that the buds are okay if they do not have the spots?

The last picture was the plant with the spots looking down from the top of the Cola. The picture above it is the healthy plant looking down from the top of the Cola. The picture with the trichomes and the stigmas is from the one with spots.
I think its early. I look for most pistils to amber and recede. There have been some very good posts on when to harvest, will try to find tomorrow. People also like to see cola and plant pics, not just close-ups.
