Help!

im growin a few plants outdoors right now and planted them exactly a week ago and now they are aroung 2in. I live in houston texas so it shouldnt get to cold here but when do you know when the seedling stage is done and when the flowering starts? Also if i have 3-4 healthy female plants what kind of yield am i looking at?

You'll know that flowering has begun when you see flowers. Theres no way to tell you how much bud you'll end up with. It all depends on the strain, how big they get, how much direct sunlight they get and how well taken care of they are.
