my female snow white plant is in the 8 week of flowering but the false seedpods are still very small can anyone tell me if the false seedpods are ment to swell up

no because it is near the end of the flowering cycle.
just let it do its budding and the bud will swell around them.
so pretty much you dont have anything to worry about unless they already have seeds in them.

As long as there are trichomes around the stamin and the hairs are starting to darken, it should be good. I did find that gently pulling apart buds does help them puff up a bit, but do it with tweezers or something...don't touch!

What exactly is a false seed pod? never seen or heard of that? Either has seed pods or doesnt.Females dont have anything like a seed pod on them.At 8 weeks flower your buds are almost done and should look it.
