Help

Hello everybody Mick here from Ireland. I am making a new grow room 6ftx4ft it is painted white anti fungal paint. I have two 400 watt hps lights and a fan. I have 5-6inch cloned plants. I have them 15 inches away from the lights .Does this sound right? Could anyone please tell me

Is your hood air cooled? What is the temp. at 15 inches where you have your lights?
