obvious growth slows down when they reach a certain point on some strains...try force flowering them they should shot up again
 
move the light closer to the tops and test the ph of the soil. straw has a good point check their roots. once they have grown to fill the pot its time to transplant em so they can grow more. usually when plants are root bound they stop growing vertically
