I am growing for the first time ever. Started with 30 seeds from bags of stuff i got full of seeds. 5 weeks veg and 3 weeks flower so far. 13 females def and 14 males destroyed and three not sure yet. Two 600 HPS in a 2M X 1M room. Sativa i think Some of the plants are 1.3 or 1.4 M tall they are gonna start to burn and the lights are maxed as high as i can go. Can anyone tell me what i can do?

You can try trying them down with string, as in Low stress training. It might not be to late. if they are what you think they are, they should triple in size while flowering. so a 1 m tall plant becomes 3 m roughly.

tks i will have a look see if it will possibly work. i hope not if it goes to 3 m am in trouble. its south african stuff thats grown outside very sturdy plant with big stems and males just left so full o seeds. the wee room in attic space is sort o full all ready. Should i maybe have started budding at 3 weeks rather than 5. Like i said my first grow at the start was only an experiment but really got into it. next time i will buy the seeds. Didnt wanna pay big money for seeds then fuck it up as there hundreds o those ones here anyway

we all have to start some where! I killed my first bag seed in a nasty fan accident.
You could always clone your plants now that you know they are female, And veg those for the proper time. you wont have to start completely over.

they wont always triple in size, but they will double for sure.

what is the proper veg time. Am gonna sort something 8 weeks now so far am not gonna lose these 13 at the worst i can get rid o some and which will give me room to to tie some of em down. or get another light and move a few of em and tie em down too.Also am using advanced nutrients gro micro bloom. Whats this like do u use it. Would u reccomend anything else from the advance line. pk 13 14 bud blood, bud x. there that many i dont have a clue. Oh and thanks i only joined this site today. oh yeah the plants are all grand most starting to bud everywhere just the two or 3 am waiting to see the sex on. the height is my only issue so far

I use general hydroponics flora series 3 part liquid nutrients. your nutrients should be fine. I understand height issues, i grow in a 35 inch cabinet.
