in a new growtent 3ft sq-6ft tall what would be the best light to use to keep the heat down. men e thanks

floros are the best for keeping the heat down.
But if you want amazing buds you should invest in a hps fo flowering.
If you want to take it to the next level you should get a mh for vegging.
You could also vegg with floros/cfls. Then switch to hps for flowering.
Regardless of what you use good ventalation is very important. You have to make sure the air is constantly changing in your grow space!
