Ok guys so this is about 4 weeks old. I put on a better light with a 18hr light scheduale, not using any nuets, the container it is currently in absorbs the water from the res. to the soil plus I am giving it a spray of water every few hours. The room is at 77 f yesterday it looked nice and healthy yesterday and this is what I came to today! What do I need to do? This is my first grow.

too hot and your light so too far away from the plant and the soil might be the problem with the leaf burn, bu its only one leaf so it may not be bad

I read in another thread to do that. The water is just purified water. And the soil is starting to dry out. Should I not spray?

only time you should spray is if the are extreemly hot and cant cool off. it can cause mildue and make them drink threw the leaves not the roots. unless they are un rooted clones then you spray leaves so they can get their drink on that way.

sry i dont know about wick system but i do know the more u water threw leaves the less roots they will make because they dont need to. the roots grow looking for food, and if you folier feed they dont need to uptake from the res so maybe thats why top is dry. white leaves what i looked up is s defency maybe add some nutes. make sure air flow is good. (small fan blowing on her) see if you stop spraying if it uptakes more from the wick :) just my opinion :)

start with 1/4 tsp per gal of vit b ( u can get at any nursery or walmart in garden section) i use general hydrophonics line start at 1/4 strength the 1/2 a week or so later. it all depends on what is available where i am we have a hydro shop on every corner basicly. and it depends on if you want organics or not? also what can u afford? if you have a hydro shop ask them for a sugestion for the system you are usuing. i like gh because they are local company and i like to support local :)
