This one is 23 days old, 26w cfl 2700K, temp is 78F and humid is 40%, MG organic soil, watered every 3 days, Ph is 6.5. any ideas

IMHO, too little light of the wrong color and maybe too much water. Do you have a water meter? For Veg you want 6500k. 26w (I believe this light is 1600 lumens) is way too little. I would veg 1 plant with 4 26w 6500k. I am currently vegging 5 with 10 26w 6500K and 5 18w "grow floros." The setup works great for veg.

Wait for some of the more senior members to reply though. Let us see what they have to say.

the 2700k cfls from my experience do not work well early in veg stage. and overwatered as well, ngtybear hit it on the head.
