Hey Batesy123, you know if you gave us a budget, we could spend it for you.
(Hypothetically of course) Working within a budget does help us though, all kidding aside.
The 1st thing you want to do is decide on lighting, this could cost you anywhere from $50.00 to several hundred dollars.
My honest opinion for that space would be to get a hps system.
In your area, I would want a glass enclosure too, look at this one
here
This one is $200.00, but if you needed to shave some money off, they have a $119.00 version of the same thing with less options, it'll still work just fine though. Also get this option
here, it's only $20.00
While you are there, pick up
this, it's only $38.00 but this will feed your plants from beginning to end.
You'll need atleast two fans,
this one is $35.00 and mounts on the wall.
(a nice place to put it) You want this one to gently blow acrooss your stems to strengthen them.
Than you'll need to cut a 3" hole in the ceiling and install an exhaust fan.
I use the home depot special, it's a bathroom exhaust fan, only $12.99
(sorry no link for this one) Although be careful on this one, if stealth is what you are looking for, this is the wrong fan, get a more expensive one, the price is directly related to how loud it is. In fact bathroom fans come with a sticker, explaining how loud they actually are. Broan brand fans are extremely quiet.
You'll still need your dirt, some grow pots, maybe a ph tester. But after you buy these products, you would be well on your way.
As far as the exhaust fan, there are lots of other ways to do the exhaust, this was simply my way of doing things. In fact all of this could be changed, its all just an opinion. But it'll work pretty damn good.
Peace
