I have ONE 150 watt hps grow light and i was just wondering how high should i hang it above my plants? thank youu.

i havent experianced with 150w but for sure it should be less than 20 cms but again no less than like 8 ?

the most air direct hits the lamp the closer u can reach the plants

I'd say around 6 inches, 150 is pretty small. Move'm up if they show signs of burning, just watch them

just place ur hand in front of the light when it begins to get hot for ur hand its too hot for plant
just put tit where ur hand would be comfortable and it will be
