Slightly, I can see you tried to give as much information as possible. I have been growing in nothing but CoCo for the last 4 years.
How old are these plants. What PH have you been water them, What temps are they in, Dark and Light. Did you add anything to the Coco, like manure, Peat.. ANYTHING. A Photo would really help a lot. OH.. How often have you been watering, and how much run off do you allow to flow out the bottom? How big of a pot or grow bag are you useing?

i am running H&G A and B, in smart pots the medium ones. keeping PH between 5.5 and 6.5 always. no run off. i am watering a cup per pot every day when the lights turn on.

pre mix in a 5 gallon tub. let the water sit for a day. then mix then PH.

since this picture a few days ago. they are getting more yellow around edges. it seems to only be new growth

I water my plants every other day. (usually) When I water them I never feed them at 5.8 PH and give them enough to allow about about 30% of what I give them to flow out the bottom as RUN OFF. Which is about 1.5 gallons run off for 5 gallons of Nut mix fed. I take that and mix it and them take a PH and a PPM reading of it. This gives me a basic idea of what is going on inside my COCO.
With you not watering them enough, you are allowing the salts of your nutrients to build up within your COCO. Coco is very poris. It has millions of little micro holes kind of like s sponge. When you give them just small amounts of watrer and nutrients, these salts buil;d up within these voids. I would flush your plants with some straight water PH'd at 5.8 and PPM reading taken. Then take a reading of the PH and the PPM of your Run off. You want your PH reading to be pretty close to 5.8. And not to have some freaky number on the PPM.

Anyway, this is what I would do, and I have grown crop after crop in COCO with ease. But as I said before, I had a problem with Canna produces throwing my COCO out of wack. When I grew with Canna Products I had to keep a really close eye on where my coco was at for PH and PPM build up.

Most importantly, Give them heavier waterings. You can not over water in COCO. I could water my plants 12 times a day heavily and they would not feel it.
