Hempy Bucket question

I am planning an indoor grow with hempy buckets and Osmocote nutrients. My question is whether to put the Osmocote in the reservoir area at the bottom or mix in with the perlite.

I don't know about your nutes, but find the thread from JapanFreak. It made shit real simple.
