Hempy closet compycat

So I have a closet space that is 38"x24"by7' tall, and am wanting to pretty much copy this https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/192292-someguys-perpetual-parabolic-scrog-cabinet.html for my inside design, but a few modificaions.

First off is my flouro light is a t5HO 2' 6 bulb, both veg and bloom bulbs are handy! and I have a 600w HPS with a cooltube hopefully arriving this morning!

My first ? of likely many is, as long as I am air cooling the 600w, my girls should be able to soak it all up in that small an area right? just dont want to bleach the green out!

The 600w will be at least 18" from tops maybe 14" if it can take it, I will be doing alot of training work and keeping it low profile but, I almost want it to grow up the sides of the wall inside the closet.
