HERMI ALERT ??????WHAT DO I DO?

Ive notice theres some sack in the lower part of the plants(the top of the plant show no sign as you can see in the last 2 pic), they are all fem seed 3 sour cookies from mamiko seeds and 1 hyper fuel of archieve so i think the seed arent the one to blame.I dont know what happen i flip them 3 weeks ago it was all good, had no problem with light so i dont know what caused this and now what are my options? First time i came across hermie .

Pinch them and pull them off (I just eat them, simplifies disposal). If they are already yellow and releasing dust you might want to spray them down with water and pinch them very carefull with circulation fan off to minimize pollination.

They are easier to see if you kick the lights off and search with a headlamp.

Some people will spray with REVERSE (optic foliar switch) but I dont know man I like that organic approach whenever possible.

Yup it never fails with cookies I just cut mines off

Alright i didnt see no yellow dust till but i will remove them asap and what happen if i do nothing?
 
Once the male parts turn yellow they release a bunch of pollen, tiny dust that can float around. The dust lands on the pistils hairs and pollinates the buds, then you get tons of seeds. Some plants are pure females and will never hermy, some are minor herms you can pull them off and some are major herms and have to be culled.

One trick I recommend is go to Walmart and get an eye patch. Wear it for 10 to 20 minutes then go in the grow room with lights off and take the eye patch off. You will leak even the tiniest light leaks. Light leaks at night tend to trigger minor herms.

The room where the tent is set up is always light off except when the tent is already running, i knew light during dark cycle could trigger hermi but the opposite i dont know , 4 days ago i was relocating the power supply in the tent so i turned the light off 30-45 sec max during the light on ,maybe its this?

It CAN be genetics. I had 13 Bubba Kush herm on me a couple of years ago. The other 4 strains were not affected. Keep in mind too, that the 2nd and 3rd weeks into flower, you need to be on high alert, as this is when most bad genetics will herm.

the sour cookie was a pack of 3 and the 3 have sack and 1 hyper fuel from a pack of 5 so i will see it next run if its really the genetics because ive kept a cut of each plant
 
I'm currently running a pheno-hunt on some Primal PunchF2 and one of them is popping a few random nanners.
So far, I've been able to pluck them off before they open, but I'm hesitant to keep this as a mother.
We'll see what the bud looks like.

yup if you ask me i think it has something to do with cutting leaves off too but out of 10 pack 2 threw balls at me but they were the youngest and weren't really ready to flower and i cut fan leaves off them while having a bad feeling

loool i forgot to mention that i made a scrog with all of them a i did 2 mass defoliation to get light on most bud sites but they didnt slow down growing or show any stress so yeah maybe its this

I noticed there’s a lot of confusion out in this world about male and female. What would you guys call this ? It grew bigger and bigger then finally shot a pistil out today
 
What sucks is I spent 3 months on a plant to only find out its a hermi...seed bank suck and ill never buy guaranteed feminized high dollar seeds again.. All my conditions were good..i have 3 plants.. 2 soil and 1 4x4 the gorilla cookie guarantee feminized seeds all grew hermies..now I got like 200 seeds waist of time and money on seed breeders..
