HERMIE AT WEEK 6 - Will it effect the others HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have flowering plants at 6 wks and they are starting to produce seeds.... I also have flowering plants that are at week 2. WIll the hermie's effect my other ones at 2 weeks. And if yes is it too late?? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Also what caused this shit?
