Hermie or pollination? Need opinions

I need some help here. Iv grown this strain 3 times but the last time i grew it for some reason the whole harvest was seeded. This round is looking great but i am very worried about seeds again and am on day 16 right now. I cant tell if they are pollinated or somehow the strain termed into a hermie (no stress whatsoever) i dont want to waste my time on a whole room of seeded plants again. I need some second opinions. There are no visible sacks/balls but when i cut some tops and tip some buds open they look... idk.. different

I witnessed a friends plant hermie his stopped producing white pistols and started producing amber ones at around week 4, and then bunches of yellow ones which looked like bananas

Apparently there some of the first signs if you dont see the sacks ( so i was told by him) more experienced growers than myself will know alot more

I'm kinda having the same trouble, I have alot calyx that appear to have seeds growing in them, and many that don't. Has a herm photo in their for a week in flower but it literally just sexed long enough for me to see it and yank it. No way it pollinated.
