Will my plant be a hermie if its in veg and I change the time of the lighting everyday?
Like say one day I had it off for 8 hours from 12-8, and the next day I have it off for 8hrs from 4-12??

Didnt you mention you're planning on growing outdoors, and that all you can afford for indoors is an incadescent bulb?
