To top feed a plant some refridgerated water?

Yes... Why would you use refrigerated water? It takes less effort to use tepid water, and seeing as roots and the cannabis plant itself thrives in slight warmth, I doubt using cold water would help you one bit.

Still a new grower... Just experimenting... I mean plants do get cold water in nature so I thought I'd see what happens... Cold water would indicate a seasonal change in nature and my presumption is it would cause the plant to mature at a faster rate, or kill it, lol one or the other...

As the seasons change it GRADUALLY gets colder, so the plant has some time to adapt to the cold...but if you just pour cold ass water down her skirt out of the blue, she's probably not gonna take it well...

sometimes the weather change is gradual, but weather is never consistent. Where I live it can go from a nice sunny day to snowing at the blink of an eye. Some how vegetation here thrives. I think these plants may have some hidden abilities people have yet to tap into. I'm just curious... I want to see what levels of stress I can bring about and how they react...

Cannabis can be a very durable and resilient plant, but there's only so much stress that it can take...and too much stress will ultimately result in a hermaphrodite or a dead plant...

It is a well documented fact that cold water shocks roots. You should try and feed water to a plant that is between 18-20C or room temperature.

Think about it! In nature it rains. Yes rain can be slightly cold but if you were to actually take the temp of it, its not going to be as cold as the water from the fridge.

As stated already above this could cause too much stress on the plant and thus could cause hermie issues.

There have been and still are many myths about various things that can help with resin transportation or whatever else people can harp on about.

If you want the plant to mature better as in to simulate that autum/fall has come which is what i think you are trying then all you need to do is adjust your environmental temps etc to allow for this.

Dont try and shock her socks off or you'll end up with some HERMIE HERB.

A food safe refrigerator holds at about 4 degrees... WAY too cold for plants.
