Ok, I know this topic is gonna get some flak, but I want to know.
I've spent a few days in Denver, loved it, and want to move or there with the wife. But, she's not thrilled because it would move her away from family (which she only sees once a year anyway).
I've heard it's an expensive place to live, but I think we'd be close to spending the same on an apartment as we do now. Plus, it's just the 2 of us. She only waits tables for a living, which I figure would translate well into a budtender job.
I'm interested in a cultivation positions, I've got the experience, and I can certainly talk the talk.
Does anyone have helpful suggestions or personal insight that might help me validate my desire to move?
I've always wanted to leave my state and live elsewhere, the fact that Denver has jobs for which I'm qualified was icing on the cake.
