hi peps im useing a 400 duel spec light in a 3foot wide buy 5 foot high box with diamond refective paper /; i hve a 4 day old uk cheese plant two lemon kush plants and a power plant and a random not sure wat this one is i just got it out a smoke i bought and thought stuff it il root it .any ways they are all a few inches big looking ok but wat cycle light should i have them on and how can i stop it gettin over hot its in my basment so its naturaly cod don there .any tips will be sweet .
