heys guys had a question

ok soo i have a nirvana blue mustic plant going and its working on its fifth node and its only like 2 inches tall its growing in soil just some regular old potting soil from english gardens im growing under cfls and ther about 8 inches away at the moment and i was just wondering why its soo short and will it turn out to be a runt its only a week and a half old will post pics in a bit

How old is it? I've had 3 week old runts grow into giants. It's just a matter of being patient.
